Three ways to start.

Pick whichever suits you. They all reach the same person.

  • Send the form. Tell me the business, the problem, and what you have already tried. The more specific you are, the more useful my first reply is. “We ran Google Ads for three months and got four calls out of it” tells me more than a page of background.
  • Email me. jorel@minukdigital.com. Same inbox, same person.
  • Call. 204-803-8001. If I miss it I am on another call or on a job, and I will call you back the same day.

Lets me look you up before replying.

Only if you would rather I call than email.

Reply within one business day, from me.

What happens after you send it.

01

Within one business day

You get a reply written by me. Not an autoresponder, not a calendar link, not a deck.

02

If it is something I do

I will suggest a 30-minute call. You tell me what is going on, I ask questions, and by the end you will know what the work involves and what it costs.

03

If it is something I do not do

I will say so and tell you where I would go instead. That happens more than you might expect. A full rebrand, an e-commerce migration, a PR firm. Sending you to the right person costs me nothing and sometimes comes back around.

What I will probably ask you.

Worth thinking about before the call, because these questions decide whether the work is worth doing.

  • What does a customer or job earn you, on average?
  • How do people find you today, as best you can tell?
  • What happens right now when someone fills in a form or calls?
  • What have you already tried, and what went wrong with it?
  • How would you know, in six months, that this worked?

That last one matters more than the rest combined. If we cannot answer it, we should not start.

Before you send it

I am the wrong fit for some businesses, and saying so early saves us both time.

I work with a small number of clients at once, so I am sometimes at capacity. If I am, I will tell you when I next have room.

I turn down businesses shopping for the cheapest option. The cheapest option is usually why they are calling me in the first place.

And I do not guarantee rankings. Nobody can. If someone has promised you page one in thirty days, get that promise in writing and read it carefully.
