Digital marketing servicesfor Winnipeg businesses.

Six services, one person running them. They are sold separately because your business might only need two of them, and they work best together because leads leak in the gaps between channels.

Ten years running accounts inside agencies, now run one to one.

Start withwhat is broken.

Most people arrive here knowing something is wrong without knowing which service fixes it. Here is the shortcut.

“Nobody can find us.” A visibility problem. Start with local SEO or Winnipeg SEO, depending on whether you serve one city or several.

“We need leads by next month.” A speed problem, and SEO will not solve it in time. Start with paid advertising.

“We get inquiries and nothing happens.” A follow-up problem, and more traffic will make it worse. Start with CRM setup.

“Our site looks like 2014.” Sometimes a design problem, more often a conversion problem. Start with web design.

“Customers buy once and vanish.” A retention problem, and the cheapest one to fix. Start with email marketing.

“Someone asked ChatGPT and got my competitor.” New problem, real problem. Start with AI search optimization.

If two of those sound like you, that is normal. Most businesses have three.

The services.

Six services on the list, eight pages, because local search is two ranking systems and each one deserves its own answer.

Those answers cite a handful of sources. Separate ranking system, separate signals, and for a service business it produces more calls than the listings underneath.Local SEO services The free leverGoogle Business ProfileThe most valuable free thing your business owns, and the one most businesses set up in four minutes and never touch again. Why local search gets two pages.

Two ranking systems run at once. The map pack is the three Google Business Profile results above everything else, and it can move in weeks. The organic listings below take three to six months. Working one and ignoring the other is the most common mistake I see in Winnipeg.

Winnipeg SEO is the whole discipline for a business that lives in this city. Local SEO is the map pack side on its own, for a business anywhere that lives or dies by it. Google Business Profile is the single highest-return piece of that work, and it is usually a one-time project rather than a retainer.

Most accounts I inherit have never had working tracking, which makes every optimization decision in them a guess. That is where any of these three actually starts.

How this is priced.

I do not publish a rate card. A plumber with one van and a manufacturer with a national dealer network have different problems and should pay different prices.

What I will tell you before you commit:

  • Exactly what the monthly fee covers, in writing
  • What it excludes, so there are no surprise line items
  • What ad spend sits on top of the fee, and who it is paid to
  • What you would need to see for it to have been worth it

Most engagements are a monthly retainer. Some are a one-time build, a website or a CRM setup, with no ongoing commitment. A few are a single audit, where I look at what you have and tell you what I would do, and you go do it yourself or not.

Why one person

At an agency you are a line item. The person who sold you hands the account to somebody else, usually two years out of school and running eleven other clients.

Here you get me on every call, every campaign, every report. The trade-off is capacity. I keep a small roster and I am sometimes full. When I am, I say so.

Before you pick one.

Do I have to buy all six?
No, and most people should not. Two or three services usually cover what a business needs. I will tell you which ones on the first call, including when the honest answer is “just fix your Google Business Profile and call me in six months.”
Can you take over an account someone else built?
Yes, and it is a good chunk of what I do. First thing I check is whether conversion tracking was ever set up properly. It usually was not, which means the account has been optimizing toward the wrong thing for however long it has been running.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months for anything involving SEO, because less than that does not produce a fair read on whether it worked. Paid ads can be shorter. One-time builds have no commitment at all.
Do you work outside Winnipeg?
Yes. Most clients are Winnipeg and Manitoba, and some are not. Local SEO and AI search work the same wherever the business sits.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do, always. Google Ads, Analytics, the CRM, the website. Set up under your ownership with me on access. If we part ways, you keep everything and I lose access. Anyone who will not agree to that is holding your business hostage.

Not sure which two you need?

That is the most common question I get, and it is a fifteen-minute conversation rather than a proposal. Tell me what is not working and I will tell you straight which of these would fix it, including when the answer is none of them.
