Content on this site, including blog posts, guides, audits and case studies, is general information about digital marketing. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for advice specific to your business.

Marketing results depend on your market, budget, offer, competition, and factors outside our control, including changes to search engines and advertising platforms. Any results, metrics or case studies shown reflect what happened for a specific client at a specific time. They are not a promise or guarantee of what your business will achieve.

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or connected systems; introduce malware or anything designed to damage or interfere with the site; scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact information by automated means without our written permission; use our content to train a machine learning or generative AI model without our written permission; copy our content, design or code for a competing service; submit false information, or another person’s information without their permission, through our forms; or send unsolicited commercial messages to any address found on this site.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, layout, code, photographs and downloadable resources, is owned by Minuk Digital or used under licence, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other use, including republishing, redistribution or commercial use, requires our written permission. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

“Minuk Digital” and our logo are our trademarks. Client names, logos and trademarks that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify work we performed.

Anything you send us through a form or email stays yours. By sending it, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide services.

Do not send us confidential information you do not want disclosed before we have a signed agreement in place. Do not send personal information about other people unless you have their permission.

The site links to other websites and may embed third-party tools such as forms, video or maps. We do not control them, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of those sites and tools is governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free or current. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Minuk Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed CAD $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minuk Digital and Jorel Minuk from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Manitoba have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
